Father

This post is nothing out of the blue , it's just a naive effort to give gratitude to all the fathers around the globe .
If mothers are the roots that give nutrition then fathers are the thick canopy that provides a shadow . I am not going to describe the known and rather taken for granted responsibilities of a father but let us be thankful to all the dads out there who consider these responsibilities as compulsory duties and fulfill them .
We know the story of Eve and Adam and how women got the punishment of bearing the pain of childbirth whereas men were to struggle and sweat for existence . Every day our fathers toil to provide for us . We become the center of their dreams and desires and remain mostly unaware of all the sacrifices they make . For girls , their dads are no less than a super hero and for us , boys , at some point of life we may have our differences but at the end of the day we always strive to make them proud.
The thought of what will happen to the family after him,  haunts him every second after becoming a parent.  He is the protector , the provider and the patriarch . He is our role model . He is our insight into the world . Not only do we see the world through his eyes but we also try to become a part of it as he teaches us to be .Thus he is a teacher too . We try to incorporate his habits into us and become like him . We are known to this world by his name and he is the stairs to our success . He is not allowed to cry or to show weakness unlike mothers and so he never shares his burdens . He is forever dignified and stoic . He is firm and a disciplinarian . He is strict and somewhere its his fear that becomes the voice of reason in our heads and guides us .
In the end I'll only say that I have enjoyed seeing the world up from his shoulders and I pray for his good health .
